Refund Policy
The Professor's Pen diligently edits a product according to the client's preference. If the client is dissatisfied with the final edited doucment, TPP will resolve the dispute. If dissatisfied, contact TPP within seven days of delivery of the edited document and send your reasons for dissatisfaction.
TPP will assess the client's comments and do one of the following:
- Edit the work once more at no additional cost to the client.
- Decide that the editing work was performed diligently and correctly.
- Determine that a refund is appropriate. If a refund is issued, the original amount will be made to the customer.
Privacy Policy
TPP holds your document in strictest confidence. In other words, TPP never gives, sells, or transfers your name or personal information to any outside source.

Your use of this Internet website (Site) is subject to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully and thoughtfully. Your use of this Site indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, then please do not use this Site.
Responses to Online Requests and Delivery of Edited Documents
TPP strives to respond to online requests in a prompt manner. TPP is not responsible for any losses, however, if the client’s chosen method of receipt for edited documents (email, fax, and so on) is not functioning properly. It is incumbent on the client to inform TPP of alternative methods of receipt.
Guarantee and Limitation of Liability
TPP guarantees its editing services. TPP does not advice regarding the substance of a document, including checking the accuracy of sources and quotations. TPP only proofreads and edits documents.
TPP will not be held liable for damages (whether consequential, incidental, or otherwise), resulting from losses the Client incurs relating to documents edited by TPP, including but not limited to lost revenues, income, or profits and loss of business. The Client’s damages for a claim against The Professor’s Pen shall be limited to the amount paid to TPP for its services.
TPP will perform its best efforts in delivering the Client’s documents in the manner the Client requested. It is incumbent on the Client to inform TPP of alternative methods of document receipt when the agreed method of delivery is functioning improperly and a delay occurs in delivering the Client’s edited documents.
Any legal proceeding concerning this Agreement, the services rendered under it, or the fees due under this Agreement (whether in Court or Arbitration) shall be brought in the County of Maricopa.
